Low cost dual channel vacuum gauge controller with full local software and web browser control.

The MG12 Vacuum Gauge Controller is a low cost dual channel analogue gauge controller. It displays both vacuum gauge measurement channels on a single, large display which is only 1U total height. Alternatively, it can display a single vacuum gauge with accompanying graphical data presentation.

The first channel can operate any of the  Oerlikon-Leybold range of vacuum gauges,  TTR 90, TTR 90S, TTR 91,TTR91S, PTR 237; all other market available vacuum gauges can be implemented on request, e.g. MKS, Pfeiffer etc. The second channel is extended to additionally operate ion gauge types ITR 100 and ITR 90.

A unique feature of the MG12 vacuum gauge controller is the availability of 4 interlocks, each of which can be separately programmed for each channel, including threshold levels and hysteresis. The measurement channels are immediately active upon power-up. When an IR 90 is connected, the emission control facility remains inactive. The operational status of all triggers and transmitter outputs are also displayed.

The MG12 Vacuum Gauge Controller is also fully software controlled and web-enabled so that it can be operated over any network, including the internet.
