Fast entry doors for vacuum and UHV systems.

The fast entry vacuum doors are designed for use in load lock systems and other applications requiring ease and speed of access where a Viton® gasket seal to atmosphere is acceptable. PREVAC’s design incorporates a number of features which ensure a long, trouble-free life. Available as a bolt-on or weld-on, the user has the option of constructing a permanent or adaptable assembly. The bolt-on door design mates to the system via a standard ConFlat-type flange. The weld-on can be welded to a standard O.D. tube on a chamber. We offer load lock doors based on DN40CF, DN63CF, DN100CF, DN 150CF, DN 200CF with or without viewports. Customised load lock doors are available on request.
